Return and Refund Policy

At Entropy's Muse, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at entropysmuse@gmail.com to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.

3. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip and the issued RMA number.

4. Ship the package to the following address: 20351 Pittsford Dr., Katy, TX 77450.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within [7] business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and include a note specifying the desired exchange item.

• We will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items:
